Visualisation of your Dreams and Wishes

Visualisation is extremely important for your dreams and wishes to come true. When you are meditating or when you are doing your spells or prayers are you actually visualising your dream or wish?

I bet you instantly said yes.

I bet you then thought about clicking away, wondering what the heck is this person talking about. But something in you still wants to know what the heck this person is talking about.

Well what this person is talking about is visualisation. And I mean actual visualisation.

When people are thinking about something, for most of those people that thought is not a solid image in the mind. For most people, that image is a little distorted, a little see through with the edges blurred; almost like a mirage.

These people will tell you that this is visualising, that they have clear visualisation of the thing they are thinking of.

Unfortunately, this is not visualising. What you have in your mind is simply just a passing thought in reality.

Visualisation is about seeing something in your mind’s eye that is solid. It is as if you could reach out and touch it; like it is a physical manifestation of your thoughts. It does not have blurred edges. It is not something that looks like a mirage or that you can see through it.

A true visualisation is something that is real, that you can fully believe that it is real and that you can describe in full detail. You should be able to detail things like colour, smell, taste, touch; every sense should be engaged in your description of what you’re visualising.

This is true visualisation.

So let me ask you again, do you visualise your dreams or wishes?

Visualising is something that you have to practise. It doesn’t just happen unless you are among the few people that have such a natural ability. So start practising your visualising.

It will come and your visualisations will be strong and solid.
