Energy is Energy is Energy

Energy is energy is energy.

Seems like a stupid statement right.

But maybe it's not so stupid. For many of us going through school we learn that everything in our universe is made up from the same basic building blocks.

We also learned that everything has energy or the potential for energy (either receive or expend energy), and that you cannot truly destroy something as the energy transforms into a different form of energy. And now scientists have discovered dark energy.

Energy connects all of us.

It's the energy that connects us to the spirits, the Other World and the Gods.

The energy that connects us can also be used to help us to protect us, to influence others and to connect us to the spirits and Gods that may help us. And this energy connects us to the universal consciousness.

This energy is always available to us. If you're sensitive to it, you can feel your own personal energy field and feel the energy of those around us, even the energy from the environment around us.

Whether we can tune into the energy to form a strong, stable connection is different for every person. But we can all do it.

If we can tune in and learn how to sense it we can use it. We can use it for a lot of different purposes, not just protection and help but to learn by tapping into the universal energy consciousness.
