Early experiences of the Other World
I wasn't always on this pathway but from early on in my life I certainly had experiences that have always stuck with me.

From an early age, I remember hearing things that weren’t visible, often whispers on the wind or chattering that didn’t really come from anywhere and would hear this chattering when I was close to falling asleep.
Even my dreams were not difficult to decipher; they were quite clear and with messages that were pretty obvious. I was never in need of a dream interpreter.
There was for a very long time nightmares that replaced dreams and when I was old enough the consumption of alcohol (and then marijuana) would put an end to the dreams and would often sleep with no dreams or when I did dream they would be strange mash ups of the nightmares with key messages delivered by people I had met, or had known for a long time, or were entirely unknown to me in my conscious state.
I would also get premonitions about conversations that had yet to take place and then I'd find myself having those conversations a few days or a week later. And knowing the outcomes I could change the conversation to ensure a positive outcome for everyone involved.
Feeling the presence of spirits around me was something I had to work out because I didn't understand the all-over goosebumps and hair raising I'd get. And I also feel the footsteps of large animals across my bed.
I'd also get sudden daytime flashes of things happening to people I would see on the street, driving a car etc who were all unknown to me. These flashes were usually bad with terrible things happening. I don't have these so often nowadays but I still get premonitions and my dreams are vivid with always very clear details and messages. I still hear whispers on the wind and chattering that doesn't really come from anywhere. I've started feeling the presence of spirits more strongly these days.
Sadly whenever I talked about it with my parents, I was always told it was nonsense or I was making it up for attention. There was always some reason why it was not what I had experienced. I learned not to speak about these experiences with them, which ended up becoming never speaking about them with anyone.
In fact, I became so good about not speaking about my experiences, most people would have believed I was a sceptic if anyone else discussed it with me.
It wasn't until I hit university and was able to mingle with more people from diverse backgrounds that I started talking about my experiences. I was still guarded and framed conversations with "a friend of mine".
But that all changed when I met my soul mate and now wife.
