Wonder what my day looks like? What it means to be someone who practices supernatural activities? Well this post is for you!
It might surprise you that it's not that exciting and probably looks very much like your day.
I start my day, after finally getting out of bed, preparing offerings for the alter in our home, along with a prayer. Then I light some incense and do another different prayer.
Then if I haven't stayed in bed too long, I will meditate for approximately 15 minutes. Some days I can do 10 minutes. And there are days where I wait until I have a break at work to meditate.
After meditating, I'll have a cup of coffee and a light breakfast, along with the usual daily constitutionals, and go through my various social media feeds, check emails and any messages that have come in over night.
If I'm working from home, I will light incense throughout the day along with saying a prayer. And if I'm working from home, I tend to forget to eat lunch but if I'm at work I'll have lunch and try to have it on my own to have some peaceful quiet time.
But if I am working from home there's usually snacking throughout the day so it's not like I've missed out if I forget about eating lunch.
Whether working from home or in the office, I'll make time to use my lunch break to post any orders I've packaged the night before.
There's frequent checks of social media throughout the day. On the way home from the office, I'll watch reels and shorts; or I'll be reading something either on my mobile device or a real life book.
If I haven't been working from home, when I do get through the front door I'll give my wife big hugs and kisses and spend time talking to her about her day.
While doing that I'll light some incense around the house and say a prayer or two. Don't worry my wife knows what's happening because she's also a practitioner.
Then it's on to preparing dinner, that's if I haven't got caught up responding to comments, DMs or emails and messages. I'll spend time preparing my content for social media, making and editing videos and taking photos.
Then it's onto going through various study materials and undertaking practice of different elements. I also try to meditate in the evening as well. I find it helps me, especially after a day spent working in the office. It's a really great way to unblock the energy flow.
If orders have come in, I'll package them up for posting the next day. On days where I'm booked for consultations, blessings, healing or lifting curses, I'll do those of course.
Then some more writing and preparing content for social media. But if there are any rituals and ceremonies for clients to be done, it's on to do those. If there are rituals and ceremonies to do, they'll usually take up most of the evening so some things won't happen, like preparing content or doing practice.
After all that it's time for bed, and I try to get roughly 6-8 hours but that doesn't always happen.
So there you go, that's roughly how my day looks. Hope you found it interesting.
